<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
This error is reported if the firmware measures a thickness much larger then
expected during the focus learn before plotting.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
The thickness error measured is displayed at MPC Service verbose level. Enter the command
'verbose user service' or 'verbose service mpc' to enable.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
If this error comes up with only one plate on the drum, check the head alignment.
Re-align if possible. Otherwise, adjust the 'focus BaseThickness' parameter to offset
the alignment error. Lowering this value will decrease the error; setting it to 0 will
disable multiple plate detection entirely. Try another plot with this new value to make
sure a low thickness error is reported.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
The media thickness calculation is based on the average lens position determined by
the head. The thermal 1.7x heads return a value relative to a 305 micron plate. The
thermal 2 heads return a value relative to the media thickness used to install the head.
If a media thickness other than 305 micron (0.012") is used to install the head, the
'focus BaseThickness' parameter must be set to the thickness of plate used to install the head.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
If focus learn is not done, then the average lens position is monitored during plotting,
and is checked at the end of the plot. If this reading indicates that multiple plates were
loaded on the drum, then the firmware will suspend before unloading the plate(s)
</text></DescriptionText>
</ServiceInformation>
<OperatorAction>
<DescriptionText><text>
This most likely indicates that two plates were stuck together during loading.
Select the EJECT button to unload the plate(s). If plates are stuck together,
fan all the remaining plates in the bay to separate them. If plates are not stuck
together, then please call your service provider for more information.

This error is reported.

</Availability>
<Cause>
The picker grabbed two or more plates at a time from the bay during loading.
</Cause>
<Cause>
The head may be out of alignment.
</Cause>
<Cause>
The plate thickness may not be set properly.
</Cause>
<Cause>
(Thermal 2) Head installed based on non-305 micron plate, but the 'focus BaseThickness'
parameter was not adjusted accordingly.
